​​How to gain access to your stored vehicle

Do you have a vehicle in storage? To gain access, the registered owner must come in person and provide both government issued ID and proof of ownership. Without both, you won't be able to access your vehicle.

 

Valid IDs and proof of ownership

A valid driver's license is the simplest ID, but you can also bring any government issued photo ID like a passport, military ID, or state issued ID. Proof of ownership for your vehicle can include title, vehicle registration, bill of sale, or valid insurance policy.
